Emily's Coach Specializing in
High-Performance Amputee Rehab
$297/month Performance Program
From “Cleared to Walk” to Training for a 10k – Without the Knee Pain
Emily ditched the yard‑work pain in 2 weeks. Now she’s on track to run her first 10k since her amputation. And she's working full-time and raising 2 young kids!
See if the same virtual coaching works for you.

You finished PT. You’re “safe.” But you still can’t do the things you love.
- Hiking without your back spasming the next day.
- Working out in your garage without fear of falling.
- Mowing the lawn or vacuuming the whole house without paying for it with phantom pain or joint pain.
Traditional PT is designed to get you functional – walking, stairs, basic safety. But most amputees are left with a bridge too far between that and thriving.
Emily felt the same way. Until she stopped settling.
“It is crazy that the right plan for me took my knee pain away in like 2 weeks. This is exactly what I needed to bridge the gap between regular PT and actually working out in my garage, walking for exercise, and doing housework without any pain.”
Emily is not an isolated case. Her results are typical for clients who follow the program.

FAQs
Q: I don’t have a fancy running blafde. Does that matter?
A: No. Emily uses a standard foot with her computerized knee. We focus on what you do with what you have – hip stability, glute control, and prosthetic side loading. A better leg helps later; a smart plan helps now.
Q: What if I have chronic phantom pain?
A: Many clients see a reduction because poor gait mechanics often trigger phantom pain. We address the mechanical root. (We don’t claim to eliminate phantom pain, but Emily’s decreased significantly.)
Q: I live in a different time zone. Does that work?
A: Yes. All sessions are recorded. You can send videos at any time, and we review within 24 hours.
Q: Is it safe to exercise without someone spotting me?
A: We start at a point that is safe for you to do independently. You’ll learn to “self‑spot” with props (wall, chair). The first month is mostly foundational movement patterns – very low risk.
Q: Will you talk to my prosthetist?
A: Absolutely. Many clients have alignment issues that cause pain. I’ll give you specific questions to ask your prosthetist – or join a call with them.

What People Say About Dr. Clint
Kristin H.
"After my last surgery, my PT got me back to walking, and back to work. But I needed something more to get me back to lifting weights and cardio. Now I'm training for my first HYROX competition in Nashville later this year.
